Hillside Apartments - Our Hillside apartments are spacious single level apartments. Each apartment has its own washer and dryer, dishwasher, and patio or deck. All Hillside apartments are handicap accessible with an elevator to the 2nd and 3rd levels of the building. You will have access to our 24-hour Cedarville Fitness Center! This is a smoke free and pet free building. We take care of all the lawn care and snow removal. We do require a minimum annual income of $24,000 to qualify for these apartments.
Security deposit ($840) and cleaning fee ($195) will be due at lease signing.
